丹阳正大物流仓储流程优化研究
摘 要
仓储是物流企业重要的资产之一，仓储流程管理不到位，将直接关系到物流企业的资金占用水平以及资产运作效率，以致物流企业缺乏足够的现金流来维持企业的正常运行。本文首先从仓储流程管理的概念出发，结合实践中的经验，为后期优化过程做基础。以丹阳正大物流仓储流程管理为研究对象。深入分析丹阳正大物流仓储流程管理中存在的不能及时获得仓储信息、仓储信息不够准确、无法及时了解发料和生产用料情况、仓储流程管理混乱等问题。提出提高管理人员对仓储流程管理的重视程度、完善公司的内部控制制度、信息化仓储流程管理等优化措施，提高丹阳正大物流的仓储流程整体管理水平。

ABSTRACT
Warehousing logistics enterprises is one of the important assets, warehouse management process is not in place, will be directly related to the logistics enterprise fund to take the level and the operational efficiency of assets, so that the logistics enterprises lack sufficient cash flow to maintain the normal operation of the enterprise. This article discusses the concept of warehouse management process of the theoretical basis for later study. Taking Danyang Zhengda logistics warehouse management process as the research object. The existence of Danyang Zhengda logistics process management can not be timely access to warehouse information analysis, storage information is not accurate enough, can not understand the material and production materials timely, warehouse management process of confusion and other issues. This increase the degree of attention of management personnel to the warehouse management process, improve the company's internal control system information storage, process management and optimization measures, improve the management level of Danyang Zhengda logistics warehousing process.
