开利冷水机组运行维护管理与保养维修
摘要：随着经济的发展及生产工艺要求提高，离心式、螺杆式冷水机组已经成为大多数企业生产降温需求的一个重
要的方面。冷水机组在复杂的工况下运行的，机组运行产生很大的噪音并且伴有震动的过程，有气流冲撞，机械摩
擦使机组产生大量的热量，机组的温度也随之升高，因此机组内部零器件的好坏直接影响机组是否能正常高效的运
行。为了防止机组的零部件在长期运行的前提下损坏，机组的保养就显得尤为重要。机组保养能延长机组的使用寿
命，保持机组的效率和产生的制冷量，必须在机组运行一段时间后做一些预防性的检查措施。现实中发现正确制定
机组预防性检查计划，采用完善的维修方法，保持机组零部件的精确度，就能有效减少机组的故障率，减少所产生
的维修工作量和维修费用。由于冷水机组的广泛运用，机组的开机调试和开机运行，以及日常的维护管理和机组的
保养显的就尤为重要，保养、维修与维护成为冷水机组企业主的重要流程。

The development of Carrier chiller operation maintenance
management and maintenance
Abstract：With the development of economy and the improvement of production process requirements, centrifugal and
screw chiller have become an important aspect of cooling demand in most enterprises. When a water chiller is operating
under complex conditions, the operation of the chiller produces a lot of noise and is accompanied by a process of vibration.
Air flow collides and mechanical friction causes the chiller to generate a large amount of heat and the temperature of the
chiller increases accordingly. Therefore, the quality of the internal components of the chiller directly affects the normal and
efficient operation of the chiller. In order to prevent the components of the unit from being damaged under the premise of
long-term operation, the maintenance of the unit is particularly important. Unit maintenance can prolong the service life of
the unit, maintain the efficiency and refrigerating capacity of the unit, and some preventive inspection measures must be
taken after the unit has been running for a period of time. In reality, it is found that the failure rate of the unit can be
effectively reduced, and the maintenance workload and cost can be reduced if the preventive inspection plan of the unit is
correctly formulated, the perfect maintenance method is adopted, and the accuracy of the components of the unit is
maintained. Due to the widespread use of water chillers, it is particularly important to start-up debugging and operation of
water chillers, as well as daily maintenance management and maintenance of water chillers. Maintenance, repair and
maintenance become important processes for owners of water chillers.
