摘要：随着我国改革开放的深入，汽车保险行业的发展，汽车保险诈骗却越来越多，社会危害性也越来越大。我们必须依托法律法规等力量，有效的对这种诈骗进行防治。本文针对汽车保险诈骗日益增多的情况，根据汽车保险诈骗的不同特点，提出保险诈骗的危害和防范措施，预防和制止汽车保险诈骗现象的蔓延。

On the characteristics of auto insurance fraud and its preventive measures
Abstract: With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the development of the automobile insurance industry, auto insurance fraud is more and more, harm to society is more and more big. We must rely on the power of laws and regulations, effective prevention and control of this kind of fraud. This paper for auto insurance fraud becomes more and more, according to the different characteristics of the automobile insurance fraud proposed insurance fraud risks and preventive measures, to prevent and stop the spread of the automobile insurance fraud.
