酒店客房的预订管理系统
摘 要
我国酒店行业随着经济的急速成长，呈多元化趋势发展。并且各种类型的酒店之间竞争也是越来越激烈，为了提升酒店工作人员的办事质量，提升住店客户的满意度，降低酒店管理成本，很多不同类型的酒店都开启了酒店房间预约系统的潮流，不仅可以提高酒店职员的工作效率，还可以集中管控，避免有房漏订或重新预订，收入数据统计不准确等情况发生，因此，开发一款基于ASP.NET酒店房间预订管理系统是酒店业当下所迫切需要的，也是尤为重要的。
我所开发的系统是基于ASP.NET技术和SQL Server 2005数据库而开发的。本网站界面美观大方，操作简单易上手，以顾客为中心，方便管理者管理为目的，从而实现了管理员对用户打点、房间类型管理，预约管理，入住管理和用户评价及系统管理；而客户用户通过网站前台进行注册登录，进行查看客户展示信息、客户登录网站之后可以在线进行房间预订，用户登录网站之后可以在用户中心查看或删除个人预约记录和入住记录，对房间的满意度进行评价操作，用户也可以对个人资料和密码的修改等功能操作。综上述，酒店房间预订管理系统的开发基本到达预期目标。

Abstract：With the rapid development of the economy, China's hotel industry development is diversified. Hotel industry competition is growing, in order to improve service quality, enhance customer satisfaction, reduce hotel management costs, many hotels began to use the hotel room booking management system, not only can improve the efficiency of management staff, you can also focus on control, to avoid There is room missing or re-booking, income data statistics are not accurate and so on, therefore, the development of a hotel based on the ASP.NET hotel reservation management system is the hotel industry is now urgently needed, is also particularly important.
The system design is based on ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2005 database development. This site is beautiful and elegant, easy to use, customer-centric, convenient management for the purpose of management, in order to achieve the administrator of the user management, room type management, booking management, occupancy management and user evaluation and system management; Users register through the site to register, check customer information, online room booking, through the user center for personal booking records and check the record to see or delete, evaluation operations, personal data and password changes and other functional operation. In summary, the hotel room booking management system development to achieve the desired objectives.
