中央空调的现状与发展方向
摘要：中央空调系统由冷热源系统和空气调节系统组成。制冷系统为空气调节系统提供所需冷量，用以抵消室内环境的冷负荷；制热系统为空气调节系统提供用以抵消室内环境热负荷的热量。制冷系统是中央空调系统至关重要的部分，其采用种类、运行方式、结构形式等直接影响了中央空调系统在运行中的经济性、高效性、合理性。
尽管与发达国家相比存在较大的差距，但是我国家用中央空调市场的潜力将逐步的到释放。首先是家用中央空调的增量成本在不断缩小，以常见的三室一厅户型粗略测算，家用中央空调多联机初始成本较分体空调大约高出10000元，随着消费水平持续提升以及分体式空调的上涨，未来家用中央空调一户多机的需求将得到释放。
中国产业调研网发布的2017年版中国中央空调市场现状调研与发展趋势分析报告认为，未来别墅等高端住宅市场对家用中央空调市场的支撑作用有所减弱。因为近年普通住宅的装修需求也在持续增长，尤其是随着精装修占比提升，家用中央空调安装需求持续提升。现阶段我国商品房精装修市场开始加速发展，在万科等开发商的推动下，高端住宅精装修比例大幅提升。未来精装修也是我国商品房市场发展的大势，家用中央空调的市场潜力将得到释放。据预计，到2018年普通住宅家用中央空调渗透率有望达到15%，家用中央空调销售额有望达到608亿元，较2013年的186亿元的销售规模年均增长26.74%。

Abstrsct：The central air conditioning system consists of a cold and heat source system and an air conditioning system. The refrigeration system provides the cooling capacity of the air conditioning system to offset the cooling load of the indoor environment; The heating system provides the heat for the air conditioning system to counteract the indoor thermal load. The refrigeration system is the most important part of the central air conditioning system, which directly affects the economy, efficiency and rationality of the central air conditioning system in operation. Although there is a large gap compared with developed countries, the potential of the central air conditioning market will gradually be released. First, the incremental cost of household central air conditioning is shrinking, to the common sanshiyitinghuxing calculation, the initial cost of home central air conditioning is higher than 10000 yuan, with the continuous improvement of consumption level and the rise of split air conditioning, the demand of a household central air-conditioning will be released. The research and development trend analysis of China central air conditioning market in 2017 released by China industry tiaoyanwang believes that the support of high-end residential market, such as future villas has weakened the support of home central air conditioning market. Because the decoration demand of ordinary housing also continues to grow in recent years, especially as the proportion of hardcover repair, household central air conditioning installation needs to continue to improve. At present, the fine decoration market of commercial housing starts to accelerate development, in the promotion of Vanke and other developers, the proportion of high-end housing is significantly improved. The future fine decoration is also the trend of the development of commercial housing market in China, the market potential of household central air conditioning will be released. It is expected that by 2018, the permeability of ordinary residential central air conditioning is expected to reach 15 %, the sales of household central air conditioning is expected to reach 60.8 billion yuan, compared with the sales of billion billion yuan in 2013.
