不确定环境下企业的生产计划与控制--以XX汽配公司为例
摘 要：随着全球经济一体化的不断深入、科学技术的迅猛发展以及贸易阻力的不断减少，企业间的竞争不断加剧。因此，企业如何缩短生产周期、提高生产效率、杜绝物料浪费、降低成本成了摆在管理者面前一个至关重要的问题。不确定环境下企业的生产计划与控制作为企业生产管理的依据，有着非常重要的作用。
本文探讨了不确定环境下企业的生产计划与控制与控制理论在XXX汽配有限公司的应用。本文首先通过对XXX汽配生产现状的了解，找出该企业生产中存在的问题，并分析产生该问题的原因；接下来根据以往数据以及订单情况制定企业主不确定环境下企业的生产计划与控制，分析产品工艺过程，测定各工序标准工时，从而确定企业的生产能力，核对主不确定环境下企业的生产计划与控制的可执行性；并且编制出企业物料需求计划表。

Abstract: with the continuous deepening of the global economic integration, the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous reduction of trade resistance, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, how to shorten the production cycle, improve the production efficiency, eliminate the waste of materials and reduce the cost has become a crucial issue in front of the managers. In uncertain environment, production planning and control of enterprises play a very important role as the basis of production management.
This paper discusses the application of production planning and control and control theory in XXX auto parts company under uncertain environment. First of all, through the understanding of the present situation of XXX auto production, this paper finds out the existing problems in the production of the enterprise and analyzes the causes of the problem. Then, according to the previous data and order conditions, the production plan and control of the enterprise under the uncertain environment of the enterprise are formulated, the process of the product is analyzed, and the standard working hours of each process is measured. To determine the production capacity of the enterprise, to check the executability of the production plan and control of the enterprise under the main uncertain environment, and to compile the enterprise material demand plan.
