摘  要
随着我国加入WTO,塑料软包装行业正在向全球化方向发展。国内人民生活水平的提高,也给塑料软包装行业带来了无限商机。塑料软包装制袋机也随之蓬勃发展。塑料袋是人们日常生活中,最为常用的工具,消耗量非常大,可以说方便袋在人们的生活中无处不在。从19世纪50年代,英国人帕克斯发明并制造了第一个塑料袋之后,塑料袋就占据了不可替代的地位。例如:超市、商店、工厂、饭店等等,已经涉及到不同的领域。国产制袋机结合国内市场需要,充分考虑用户的具体情况,适应用户的不同需求,设计开发出一种多功能全自动的制袋机。通过该课题的研发工作,使学生能够正确运用所学课程的基本理论和有关知识,学会设计方案的拟定、比较、分析及进行必要的计算, 提高学生应用工程技术设计手册、标准以及编写文件的能力。在这样的背景下,本次毕业设计针对塑料制品加工的这个主题,参考各种设备资料,并利用AUTOCAD等现代工具软件,进行了塑料印刷生产线中的全自动制袋机纠偏的设计,其技术指标达到较高的生产率和的分选精度。相比起传统印刷方法,这种基于纵封原理进行作业的塑料加工机器在机械化、加工精度以及自动化程度等方面都大大提升。从而极大地提高了塑料精加工产品的产量和质量。
本设计是全自动制袋机纠偏的一部分。全自动制袋机纠偏是服务于包装行业的一种制袋设备。现在市面上主要有以下几种制袋机:
 1 . 专用三边封低速,中速,高速三种制袋机.
 2 . 专用中封低速,中速,高速三种制袋机.
 3 . 三边封,中封两用低速,中速,高速三种制袋机.
 4 . 高速三边封的自立,拉链制袋机.
 5 . 医药特用制袋机.
还有一些四边封,等少见有特殊用途的制袋机.但他们有一个共同点就是要对一些能热封复合的塑料薄膜进行横封和纵封.使原来的薄膜变成袋子.下面就主要针对这类机上的一重要部件------纵封热封部件进行一些基本的说明以及工作原理等.

Joins WTO along with our country, the plastic processed foods profession is developing to the globalized direction.。Domestic living standards enhancement, also gave the plastic processed foods profession to bring the infinite opportunity.。Plastic processed foods bag-making machine also along with it vigorous development.。The plastic bag is in the people daily life, the most commonly used tool, the consumption is big, may say that facilitates the bag in people's life ubiquitous. From the 1850s, after English Pax invented and has made the first plastic bag, the plastic bag occupied the unreplaceable status.。For example: Supermarket, store, factory, hotel and so on, already involved to the different domains. The domestically produced bag-making machine union domestic market need, considered fully the user the special details, the adaptation user's different demand, the design develops one kind of multi-purpose completely automatic the bag-making machine. Through this topic's research and development work, enables the student to utilize correctly studies the curriculum the elementary theory and the related knowledge, the academic society design proposal draws up, the comparison, to analyze and to carry on the essential computation, enhances the student application engineering technology design handbook, the standard as well as compilation document ability. Under such background, this graduation project needle plastic products processing selection's this subject, refers to each kind of equipment material, and using modern tool softwares and so on AUTOCAD, has carried on the plastic printing production line's completely automatic bag-making machine's design, its technical specification achieves the high productivity and separation precision. Compares the traditional printing method, this kind carries on the work based on the template principle the plastic processing machine in aspects and so on mechanization, working accuracy as well as automaticity greatly promotes. Thus raised the plastic precision work product output and the quality enormously.
This design is a completely automatic bag-making machine's part. The completely automatic bag-making machine is serves the packing profession one system bag equipment. Now in the market condition mainly has the following several kind of bag-making machines:
1. Special-purpose trilateral seals the low speed, the medium speed, high speed three kind of bag-making machines.
2. Special-purpose seals the low speed, the medium speed, high speed three kind of bag-making machines.
3. Trilateral seals, seals the dual purpose low speed, the medium speed, high speed three kind of bag-making machines.
4. High speed trilateral seals supporting oneself, zipper bag-making machine.
