摘要：楼宇对讲系统已经成为小区智能化系统的重要组成部分之一，随着社会的不断进步，人们对智能化会更加关注，其中智能小区的优点已经深入人心，人们对智能小区的要求也不断提高。本文阐述了康怡丽苑小区智能楼宇对讲系统的设计过程，系统选用基带传输方式下的联网型楼宇对讲系统，楼门平时处于闭锁状态，来访者在楼下门外通过键盘输入所要呼叫的住户号码来呼叫住户，主人则可以借此来与来访者进行可视通话，主人同意进入按下开锁键给来访者打开大门，从而实现智能控制。本系统的设计涵盖了很多现代化功能，如呼叫功能、电控开锁功能、图像拍录功能、信息发布功能等。系统简单实用，性能优异，操作简单，适合小区居民的需要。

Abstract：Building intercom system has become one of the important component of the intelligent community system, with the constant progress of the society, people of intelligence will be more attention, which has the advantages of intelligent residential area, people also constantly improve to the requirement of intelligent residential area. This article expounds the Kang Yiliyuan design process of the intelligent building intercom system, a district under the way of baseband transmission system is chosen networking model building intercom system, stair-door atresia at ordinary times, visitors door downstairs to call through keyboard input number to call households, owner can use to video calls with visitors, master agree to open the door into the press unlock button to visitors, so as to realize intelligent control. The design of this system covers many modern features, such as call function, the electric control lock function, image showing function, information function and so on. System is simple and practical, excellent performance, simple operation, suitable for the needs of the community residents.
