小区物业管理信息系统
摘要：信息化建设已提上日程，开发实用、高效的小区物业管理系统已成为一个重要课题。针对小区物业管理的需求，开发了小区物业管理信息系统，该系统的主要目标是实现小区物业管理能依靠网站管理，提高物业管理的现代化管理水平。本文从信息系统的角度分析了小区物业管理系统的开发过程。全文共分六章。第一部分主要介绍了系统简介以及开发工具，并对其进行了详细的分析和介绍（包括软件开发工具， SQL Server 2012的细节和 ASP. NET的工作原理）按照软件开发过程，从小区物业管理系统的需求分析、数据库设计、程序设计描述了系统功能的实现过程。

Residential property management information system
Abstract：Information construction has been put on the agenda， the development of practical and efficient residential property management system has become an important issue. Aiming at the demand of residential property management， the community property management information system is developed. The main goal of the system is to realize the automation of residential property management and improve the modernization and automatic management of property management.
This paper analyzes the development process of residential property management system from the perspective of information system. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first part introduces the system introduction and the development tool， and analyzes and introduces it in detail( including the software development tools， SQL Server 2012 details and the working principle of ASP. NET) and then follow the software development process， from the residential property Management system requirements analysis， the overall design， detailed design describes the system function to achieve the process.
