论股份制企业加强成本费用管理的重要性
-以无锡小天鹅股份有限公司为例
摘要：在现代化的社会，随着全球经济的不断发展以及电子商务时代的到来，股份制制造企业在市场竞争中面临着更加严峻的挑战。.企业要想提高自身经营效益，就不得不把降低产品成本、减少材料耗费放在第一位。企业的成本费用实际上反映的就是企业的资产状况，它具体表现为企业资产的减少或负债的增加。对于目前的股份制企业来说，企业管理的目标不应局限于短期内的利润最优，更应该注重企业的可持续性发展，从根本上进一步实现企业价值的最大化。虽然企业可以采取不同的方式来发展自己的竞争优势，但无论如何，离不开成本费用的管理。应当说成本费用的管理是确保企业持续稳定发展的必要条件。本篇文章从无锡小天鹅股份有限公司着手，分析其在成本费用管理方面存在的问题并为其提出可行的解决方案。

On the importance of strengthening cost management in joint stock enterprises—a case study of Wuxi Little Swan Limited by share Ltd.
Abstract: In the modern society, with the continuous development of the global economy and the arrival of the era of e-commerce, joint-stock manufacturing enterprises in the market competition is facing more severe challenges. If enterprises want to improve their operating efficiency, they have to reduce the cost of products and reduce the cost of materials in the first place. The cost of the enterprise is actually the cost of the assets of the enterprise, which is manifested in the reduction of the assets of the enterprise or the increase of the liabilities. For the current joint-stock enterprises, enterprise management objectives should not be limited to the optimal profit in the short term, should focus on the sustainable development of enterprises, to further realize the maximization of enterprise value fundamentally. Although companies can take different approaches to develop their competitive advantage, but in any case, can not be separated from the cost of management. It should be said that the cost of enterprise management is to ensure the sustainable and stable development of the necessary conditions. This article starts from the Wuxi Little Swan Limited by Share Ltd, analyzes its existing problems in cost management, and puts forward some feasible solutions.
