基于PLC和触摸屏水处理控制系统设计
摘要:随着我国的工业化与城市化的飞速发展，环境保护的问题也日益凸显出来。而污水处理问题在环境保护里面是不可替代的一个最重要的环节。污水的处理过程是一个比较复杂的控制过程，旧时代的污水处理厂大多都采用常规的仪表来实现控制,以手动的控制方式为主,依靠操作工人的能力和经验。因此导致水处理的质量不稳定。为了提高水处理的效率与质量，降低其成本，应当采用更加先进的自动控制技术以及设备。这次设计是用中和法进行污水处理，首先是设计出整体的控制方案。通过PLC控制开关开、闭合达到污水净化处理的最终目的。这次设计主要是利用画图软件Visio画出水处理的整体流程图以及个别池的示意图。还有一些控制电路图，之后利用编程软件Gx Developer进行程序编写。然后触摸屏进行调试监测。从这些可以看出PLC在污水的处理控制系统中的重要性，可以看出PLC在工程应用中的价值是，对解决环境污染和能源危机等具有非常大大的现实意义。

Design of water treatment control system based on PLC and HMI
Abstract:With the rapid development of our country's industrialization and urbanization, the problems of environmental protection is increasingly highlighted .And sewage treatment problems in environmental protection is an irreplaceable one of the most important link. Sewage treatment process is a complex process, the control of era of the sewage treatment plant are using conventional instruments to implement the control, with manual control mode is given priority to, rely on the operation of the workers' ability and experience. Thus lead to the quality of the water treatment is not stable. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of water treatment, reduce the cost, should be of the more advanced automatic control technology and equipment. This design is to use neutralization for sewage treatment, first is to design the overall control scheme. Through the PLC control switch, close to reach the final purpose of sewage purification treatment. This design mainly use drawing software Visio drawing water processing flow chart of the whole and individual pool schematic diagram.There are some control circuit diagram, after using the programming software Gx Developer to write program.The debug monitor and touch screen.Can be seen from the importance of PLC in sewage treatment control system, PLC can be seen that the value of engineering application is, to solve the environment pollution and energy crisis has very big practical significance.
