水泥工厂粉料自动配料装置的设计
摘要：可编程序控制器（PLC）是一种以微型计算机为核心的通用工业控制器。从其生产到现在，PLC的控制功能和应用领域不断拓展。实现了由单体设备的简单逻辑控制到运动控制、过程控制及集散控制等各种复杂控制任务的进步。现今的PLC在模拟量处理、数字运算、人机接口和工业控制网络等各个方面的能力都已大幅提高，已成为工业控制领域的主流控制设备之一。
组态软件能够实现对自动化过程装备的监视和控制。它能从自动化过程和装备中采集各种信息，并将信息以图形化等更易于理解的方式进行显示，将重要的信息以各种手段传送到相关人员，对信息执行必要分析处理和存储，发出控制指令等等。
本设计，将组态跟PLC相结合，通过控制屏控制小车，并显示小车的运行状态，按照PLC给定程序走出相应路线。配料小车是由一台三相异步电动机拖动，电机正转，小车向前，电机反转，小车向后。最后实现六个材料顺利落入配料小车，完成一次配料过程。

The Design of Ingredients' Automatic Batching Device in the Cement Plant
Abstract: Programmable controller (PLC) is a kind of general industrial controller in which microcomputer acted as the core.From its production to the present, control functions and applications of PLC continue to expand.
The implementation to motion control, process control and distributed control from simple logic control and other complicated control task has come true.Today the abilities of PLC has greatly improved in not only analog and digital manmachine interface but also industrial control network and other various aspects so it has become one of the leading control equipments in the field of industrial control.
Configuration software can realize monitor and control the process of automation and equipment.It can collect all kinds of information from the automation process and equipment, display information in the way of graphic which is easy to understand and deliver important information in a variety of means to relevant personnel and perform necessary analysis, processing and storage of information, and send out control instructions, etc.This design combines configuration with PLC. Through the control panel, control the car and show the car running state. The car moves according to the PLC program.
Ingredient car is dragged by a threephase asynchronous electromotor. When the electromotor is turned, the car goes forward; when electromotor reversals, the car goes back. And finally six kinds of materials smoothly fall into ingredient car to complete a batching process.
