摘要
 在现代工业中,生产过程的机械化,自动化已成为突出的主题。本文旋铆机自动控制系统由气缸、电磁阀和PLC等组成。通过PLC控制电磁阀、旋铆机,电磁阀控气缸的,传感器反馈信号,实现系统的自动控制。
旋铆机又称铆接机,就是以旋转的方式使所需铆接的铆钉或其它所需铆接的部分成形。旋铆机按出力方式一般分为气动旋铆机和液压旋铆机。气动旋铆机一般以0.5Bar压缩空气驱动,由于压缩空气的特性,所以其工作快,工作频率高,但是由于空气的可压缩性,所以其出力大小受输入的压缩空气的影响较大;液压旋铆机由液压泵输出的高压油驱动,其出力大,且油液的不可压缩性使得液压旋铆出力较气动稳定,但由于液压油的流动性比压缩空气差,所以其工作速度很慢,工作效率比气动旋铆低很多,一般用于硬度高或直径较大的铆钉。
本文选用气动旋铆机,气动旋铆机自动控制系统能自动完成供料、取料、装配、固定及加工的功能。系统由气动部分和电气部分组成。系统选用气动元件和电气元件,实现了旋铆机自动控制系统的机械化和自动化过程。

Abstract
 in the modern industry, the production process of mechanization and automation has become a prominent theme. This article spin riveting machine automatic control system consists of cylinder, solenoid valve and PLC. Through the PLC control solenoid valve, spin riveting machine, electromagnetic valve control cylinder, sensor feedback signal, realize the automatic control system.
Spin riveting machine, also known as riveting machine, is the way to rotate to make the rivets or other parts of the riveting of riveting required shape. Spin riveting machine according to the output mode generally can be divided into pneumatic riveting machine and hydraulic riveting machine. Pneumatic spin riveting machine general with 0.5 Bar compressed air drive, due to the characteristics of the compressed air, so the work quickly, high working frequency, but due to the compressibility of the air, so the output size is strongly influenced by the input of the compressed air; Hydraulic spin riveting machine driven by high pressure oil pump output, the output is big, and the oil incompressibility makes hydraulic spin riveting output aerodynamic stability, but because of the hydraulic oil liquidity than compressed air is poor, so the work is slow, work efficiency is much lower than the pneumatic rotary riveting, generally larger diameter used for high hardness or rivet.
This article selects the pneumatic riveting machine, pneumatic spin riveting machine automatic control system can automatically finish feeding, feeding, assembling, is fixed and processing functions. The system consists of pneumatic parts and electrical parts. System selection of pneumatic components and electrical components, has realized the spin riveting machine automatic control system of mechanization and automation processes.
System block diagram can be expressed as shown in figure 1, in cooperation with the various components to complete the action process of spin riveting machine automatic control system.
