基于PLC的称重包装设备加料称重系统设计
摘要：随着科技的迅速发展和包装水平的日益提高、产品竞争的日益加剧。高标准、高效率的自动化控制技术显得越发的重要。在化工、建材、农业等行业对颗粒状物料的称重包装提出了更高的要求，采用称重包装系统越来越显得重要，不仅可以加快生产速度、有效控制产品质量，而且能减少粉尘等危害人体健康和减少对环境污染的有害物质。本文主要介绍PLC在称重式定量包装机系统应用，主要描述其系统组成及工作原理，并对控制系统的软、硬件进行分析。

Design of weighing system of packaging equipment feeding and weighing based on PLC
Abstract：With the rapid development of science and technology and the increasing level of packaging, product competition. Automatic control technology of high standard, high efficiency becomes more and more important. In the chemical industry, building materials, agricultural and other industries on the granular materials weighing put forward higher requirements for packaging, the packaging system is becoming more and more important, not only can increase the speed of production, effective control of the quality of the products, automation degree is high, and can reduce the dust harm to human health and to reduce the harmful substances on the environment pollution. This paper mainly introduces the application of PLC in the weighing system of quantitative packing machine, describes the structure and working principle of the system, and the hardware and software of the control system are analyze.
