摘要:注塑机又叫做注射成型机或者注射机。它是把热塑性塑料或热固性塑料用塑料成型模具制做成各种形状的塑料制品的主要设备,注塑机的技术参数和性能与塑料性质和注塑成型工艺有着密切的关系。
注塑机是塑料加工业中应用最广泛的加工机械,不但有大量的产品可用注塑机直接生产,而且还是组成注拉吹工艺的关键设备。中国已经成为世界塑机台件生产的第一大国,使中国注塑机设备制造业发展的原因在于:第一是与国际著名企业进行合资及技术合作;第二是中国企业逐渐适应了机械零部件的国际釆购方式,掌握了釆购渠道。同时,我国生产的注塑机还呈现出很强的区域特色,浙江的宁波和广东的东莞等等地方,已经成为了我国甚至全球都非常重要重要的注塑机生产基地。
由于注塑的过程不是稳定的,在各生产过程中的工艺参数会直接影响塑料制品的品质,因此对注塑机的控制系统有很高的要求。伴随着科技的不断进步,传统控制方法的缺点逐渐显现出来,比如维修量巨大,接线很复杂,系统控制精度太差等。可靠性太差,容易出故障,。因此,设计一个控制合理的控制系统很有必要。本文将对注塑机结构进行分析,并设计一个由PLC控制的注塑机系统,实现低能耗、控制合理、控制精度高并且安全可靠的目标。

As the injection is not a stable process, the process parameters in the production process will directly affect the quality of plastic products, so the control system of injection molding machine has a very high demand. With the progress of science and technology, the traditional control method gradually emerged, such as the maintenance of large, complex wiring, system control accuracy. Poor reliability, trouble,. Therefore, it is necessary to design a reasonable control system. This paper will analyze the structure of injection molding machine, and to design a PLC control system of injection molding machine, to achieve low power consumption, reasonable control, high control precision and safety goals.
