云内D30柴油机的试验流程
摘要
在我国，国内农用机械大都采用柴油发动机驱动，而D30就是柴油发动机其中的一种型号。昆明云内动力是一个经营研发与生产发动机的公司，D30是公司研发多种柴油发动机系列中的一种。
一款发动机如果想要进行大规模生产，首先发动机各项性能要十分优越其次则需要发动机结构简洁，满足创建生产线条件。同时发动机准备投入市场之前都需要对它的各项指标和各个零部件之间的配合进行测试，检验一款发动机性能是否良好则需要对其进行各种发动机台架试验。发动机试验可以为技术人员提供发动机各个阶段的测试数据，他们通过试验数据来检验发动机各零部件的可靠性，寻找并发现发动机存在的某些缺陷，从而进一步优化发动机结构，提高发动机性能，降低装配要求。
发动机试验一般分为发动机台架试验和发动机整车试验。顾名思义，发动机台架试验是在试验室中进行，而发动机整车试验则是将发动机安装到车辆上进行试验。实习单位是一个以进行发动机台架试验为主发动机整车试验为辅的公司。各种柴油发动机试验经常在这里进行，通过参加一次D30柴油机试验，从发动机装配，试验准备，发动机试验，发动机拆检，每个部分的跟踪参与，大致熟悉试验的整个过程，知道每一步骤所需要注意的地方。在这整个过程中，有许多值得学习与分享的地方，接下来将进行详细介绍。

Abstract
In China, the domestic agricultural machinery were maimly powered by a diesel engine, while the D30 is a kind of model of diesel engines.Kunming Yunnei Power is a company that develops and produces engines. The D30 is one of the series of diesel engines developed by the company.
If an engine wants to be mass-produced, first of all，the performance of the engine should be very superior, and then the structure of the engine needs to be simplified to meet the conditions for creating a production line.At the same time, before the engine is ready to be put on the market, it's various indicators and the cooperation between it's various components need to be tested.Examining the performance of an engine requires a variety of engine bench tests.The engine test can provide technicians with test data of various stages of the engine. They can test the reliability of engine parts with the test data and look it through to find defects of the engine, so as to optimize the engine's structure further, improve the engine performance and reduce the assembly Claim.
Engine test is generally made np of engine bench test and engine test.As the name implies, engine bench test is performed in the test room, and engine testing of the entire vehicle is performed by installing the engine on the vehicle.The internship unit is a company supplemented by trials of the engine pedestal as the main engine for the entire vehicle.Various diesel engine tests are often conducted here.By participating in a D30 diesel engine test, from the engine assembly, test preparation, engine testing,and engine demolition, tracking and participating in each part, I have been generally familiar with the entire process of the test and have known the places where each step needs attention.In this whole process, there are many places worth learning and sharing, and I will introduce them in detail.
