FX系列PLC在铣床上的应用 摘要
PLC在数控机床上起着连接NC与机床的桥梁作用,一方面,它不仅接受NC的控制指令,还要根据机床侧的控制信号,在内部顺序程序的控制下,给机床侧发出控制指令,控制电磁阀、继电器、指示灯,并将状态信号发送到NC;另一方面,在对大量开关信号处理过程中,任何一个信号不到位,任何一个执行元件不动作,都会使机床出现故障。在数控机床的维修 程中,这类故障占有比较大的比例。因此掌握用PLC查找故障的方法很重要。

引言
近年来,随着自动化技术的不断发展,PLC逐渐取代了复杂的电器及接线而成为控制设备的核心。在数控设备中对PLC的运用是非常广泛的。
本文分为四章,从数控系统的简单介绍,到最后如何运用PLC对数控系统进行故障检测,循序渐进,前后接承,相互呼应。
第一章讲的是数控系统的历史与概要,讲述了数控系统多年来在各行各业运用与其基本相关知识。第二章从PLC的基本指令入手,开始对PLC进行阐述,选择的PLC是具有代表性的三菱FX系列和西门子S7—200系列的PLC产品,讲述了PLC的工作原理等内容。第三章则介绍了PLC在数控方面的运用,例如程序设计,控制刀架等等。第四章则重点介绍了利用PLC对铣床加工进行改造。 电气控制已经越来越深入到生产中去了,作为本专业的毕业生,自然要对该技术有透彻的认识,才能以后的工作中更好的掌握这项技术。
