三单元自动线系统设计 摘 要
生产线技术改造过程中,为提高生产效率、提高自动化程度、减轻操作人员负担,需要增添自动机械手,要求该机械手能对流水线上的产品实现自动传输运送、自动搬运、自动存储、自动循环工作,利用可编程控制器(PLC)可实现生产线产品自动分拣及运送机械手的设计和实现方案。
文章论述了基于PLC控制的气动机械手装置的功能、结构、原理及软件设计。文中详细介绍了PLC的选择,I/O点分配,PLC与器件的逻辑电路连接及系统的气动原理与工作原理等具体内容。
