一种CIP（原位清洗系统）的控制系统设计
摘要：随着社会的进步，科技不断的提高，在工业自动化水平领域中也是显著的提高，在工业中自动化的地位显得越来越重要，它可以帮助人类完成人类完不成的很复杂的工序，并且自动化能很好的处理那些疑难问题完美的完成工作，CIP能在按规定的程序指令在无人干预的情况下进行操作，使清洗过程更加准确，稳定，快捷。在本论文课题中CIP在线清洗一般是由清洗的水罐、冲洗的喷头、送水流管、管路配件以及PLC程序控制的装置，和一起准备的清洗装备控制，组成一个清洗循环系统，把之前选的最好装置，先把之前准备好的程序，把他输入电子计算机里，由计算机控制自动清洗。本课题首要完成的是PLC，触摸屏等硬件的选型，对CIP整体结构进行详细分析。其次按照课题的要求实现控制要求和CIP系统监测的功能。通过查阅文献，收集相关资料，在了解相关PLC的基本结构与工作原理和组态软件的功能及特点的基础上，完成控制系统中PLC程序的书写与组态系统的建立。最后对程序按照控制进行调试，以确保能够达到课题要求。

Design of a CIP（in situ cleaning） control system
Abstract: with the progress of society, science and technology continue to improve, in the field of industrial automation level is significantly improved, automation in the industry becomes more and more important, it can help people to complete mankind to finish the complicated process and automation, can finish the work very good to deal with those problems perfectly. The CIP can operate in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the instructions without human intervention, so that the cleaning process is more accurate, stable and fast. In this paper CIP cleaning is generally composed of cleaning tank, spray head, a liquid feeding pump, pipe fittings and program control device, together with a full set of equipment to be cleaned, a cleaning circulation system, according to the optimum conditions selected, preset program, input computer, automatic operation. The main task is to complete the PLC, touch screen and other hardware selection, the overall structure of the CIP detailed analysis. Second, according to the requirements of the subject to achieve control requirements and CIP system monitoring function. Through literature, collect relevant data, based on the function and characteristics of knowledge of PLC basic structure and working principle and configuration software on the establishment of complete writing and configuration program of PLC control system in the. Finally, the program is debugged according to the control, so as to meet the requirements of the project.
