摘要：本论文讲述了我所在实习的公司的存货管理情况。公司是经营电子产品的零售企业。在苏皖地区有多家销售门店以及分公司。对于零售企业来说，存货是企业的命根子，一旦存货出现问题，对企业也是不小的打击。电子产品更新换代快，存货贬值也快，公司经营过程中要加强对存货管理的重视。针对本公司在存货管理方面的缺陷，我提出了与之相对应的解决措施。

Analysis of inventory management of Nanjing Zhuo electronic technology Co., Ltd.
Abstract:This paper describes the inventory management of my internship company. The company is a retail enterprise of electronic products. There are a number of sales outlets and branches in Jiangsu and anhui. For retail businesses, inventory is the lifeblood of enterprises, once the inventory problem, the enterprise is also not a small blow. Electronic product replacement fast, inventory depreciation is also fast, the company should strengthen the management of inventory management. In view of the defects in the inventory management of the company, I put forward the corresponding solutions. This paper describes the inventory management of my internship company.
