摘 要：存货是企业的一项重要流动资产，是企业日常生产经营过程中为生产、销售储备的物资，调节着正产和销售。对其合理的管理及利用直接关系到企业的资金占用水平及资金的运作效率。加强存货的日常管理，不仅可以防止存货的账实不符合，可以减少存货的采购、储存和销售成本使平均资金占用水平降低，可以减少存货占用资金量使存货的流转速度、总资产周转率提高，而且还能加强企业成本控制，实施低成本战略，使企业的存货适应市场的变化，保持均衡生产，对企业的盈利能力和长期发展能力具有重要的作用。因此，本文通过采用理论与实际相结合的方法进行探讨。以盐城四建建设企业存货管理当前的实际情况，归纳与总结找出这些问题并提出解决相关问题的对策。

Abstract:Inventory is an important current assets of enterprises, is the enterprise daily production and operation process for the production, sales, reserve supplies, regulate the production and sales.The management and use of the reasonable is directly related to enterprise's capital takes up level and operation efficiency of funds.Strengthening the inventory daily management, not only can prevent the inventory account is not in conformity with the, can reduce inventory cost of procurement, storage and sales to lower average capital takes up level, can reduce inventory take up financing volume increase the flow velocity, the total asset turnover of inventory, but also can strengthen the enterprise cost control, implement the strategy of low cost, make the enterprise inventory adapt to market changes, maintain the balanced production, to the profitability and long-term development of the enterprise ability plays an important role.Therefore, in this paper, by using the method of integrating theory with practice are discussed.With the actual situation of yancheng four houses construction enterprise inventory management currently, induction and summary to find out these problems and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of related.
