摘要：库存是指企业生产和储备的有形资产在出售或生产过程中所用到的必需品。库存不仅仅是资产负债表中流动资产的一个重要项目，也是销售收入的主要来源。因此，库存管理产生的计量、记录和报告如果不正确，将直接或间接关系到企业的财务状况和经营成果，同时也会造成所得税、收入分配和政府企业管理绩效评价方面的问题。库存的管理好坏，直接关系到企业的资金占用水平，以及资产的运作，是企业管理的重要部分，是不可忽视的。本文对企业财务管理的库存管理进行了探讨，分析了库存管理在企业管理中的重要地位和库存管理，并阐述了如何加强库存管理，更好的挖掘企业第三利润源泉。

Abstract: Inventory is a necessity for the production and storage of the tangible assets used in the sale or production process. Inventory is not only an important item of current assets in the balance sheet, but also is the main source of sales revenue. Therefore, inventory management of measurement, record and report if it is not correct, will be directly or indirectly related to the enterprise's financial position and operating results and problems caused by income tax, income distribution and the government performance evaluation of enterprise management. Inventory management is good or bad, is directly related to the level of capital occupied by enterprises, as well as the operation of assets, is an important part of enterprise management, can not be ignored. The inventory management of enterprise financial management in this thesis were discussed, analysis of the inventory management in enterprise management in the important position and inventory management, and expounds how to strengthen the inventory management, better mining enterprise "the third profit source.
