基于Wincc Flexible的数控转塔冲床HMI控制系统设计
摘要:数控转塔冲床HMI控制系统是选用西门子Smart Line触摸屏。如今,因为西门子触摸屏能更简洁的设计,更快捷轻松的操作设备,大多数的工业机械生产设备都选用西门子触摸屏为标准配件。
根据PLC的输入端和输出的I/O分配表以及结合人机交互界面要实现对数控转塔冲床的XY轴和转塔坐标的监控以及一些开始停止按钮等功能再做一份更精确的变量表,再根据变量表在进一步设计出基于Wincc Flexible的数控转塔冲床HMI控制系统。
最终的成果是一套数控转塔冲床控制系统。

Abstract: CNC turret punch press HMI control system is to choose Smart Line Siemens touch screen. Now, because the design of the Siemens touch screen can be more concise, more fast and easily operating equipment, the majority of industrial machinery production equipment all chosen Siemens touch screen for the standard accessories.
According to the input and output of PLC I/O allocation table and the man-machine interactive interface to realize the XY axis of CNC turret punch press and turret coordinate function such as monitoring and some began to stop button to do a more accurate variables, then according to the variables in the further design based on Wincc Flexible HMI control system of CNC turret punch.
The end result is a set of CNC turret punch press control system.
