摘要:环保,节能,自动补压供水设备的毕业介绍。从节能技术的实践中,介绍了高层供水设备的变频控制技术。采用PLC控制电路,智能压力控制系统和PLC控制系统的工作原理。根据给定的硬件和软件设计PLC控制系统的液压控制工作流程的分析。基本控制策略的智能液压控制系统是:采用电动机调速装置和可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)构成的控制系统进行优化控制,供水恒压稳定管网中的水压力和完全控制交通改变了节约能源的目的。目标系统的控制被泵送自来水的压力,水的压力和设置实际值,在进入逆变器操作处理后的差歧管压力反馈系统,发出控制指令来控制的投入泵电动机的与操作单元的数目运行变量速泵电机,从而达到在水管压力的压力是稳定的集。

Abstract:Be graduation practice’s turn to have filled up pressure type water supply equipment work to environmental protection,energy conservation,automation introduce that.The frequency conversion speed regulation technology having set off from energy conservation science and technology practice,expounding hits the target in high building water supply equipment applying.Introduced the intelligent hydraulic pressure control system principle of work and the PLC control system.In the analysis hydraulic pressure control work flow foundation,has produced the PLC control system hardware and the software design.The intelligent hydraulic pressure control system basic control strategy is:Uses the electric motor speeder and the programmable controller(PLC)constitutes the control system,carries on the optimized control,Completes the water supply pressure the constant control,when pipe network current capacity change achieved the stable water supply pressure and saves the electrical energy the goal,The system control goal is the pumping station main pipe water leakage pressure,the system hypothesis carries on the comparison for the hydraulic pressure value and the feedback main pipe pressure actual value,after its interpolation inputs CPU operation processing,sends out the control pumps the electric motor to throw transports the Taiwan number and the movement variable displacement pump electric motor rotational speed,thus achieved stabilizes for the water main pipe pressure in hypothesis pressure.
