摘要：随着现在社会的发展人们对交通的要求越来越高了，汽车作为便利的交通工具之一已经走进了千家万户，汽车数量在增长的同时也带来了许多的问题。比如会经常发生一些事故。而汽车翼子板作为汽车表面大型的覆盖件就会经常的发生一些损伤，所以汽车翼子板的钣金喷漆修复工艺非常的重要。对于汽车翼子板的钣金喷漆修复工艺来说主要包含三个部分翼子板、汽车钣金修复工艺和汽车喷漆修复工艺。研究这三个部分需要理论与实践相互结合起来，把平时的实际操作用理论化的形式表现出来。首先研究什么是翼子板，它的材料、结构和作用又分别是什么，再研究 汽车钣金修复技术是什么，它有哪些工具，工具是如何使用的，修复的步骤是什么，在修复时应该注意哪些问题。研究汽车喷漆技术和研究钣金修复技术差不多，都是从使用的工具，修复步骤还有注意事项开始研究的。最后通过分析现状，对汽车翼子板的发展方向还有汽车钣金喷漆修复工艺的前景作出了详细的解析。让人了解到汽车翼子板的钣金喷漆修复工艺的价值。
