吉利帝豪钣金覆盖件修复工艺研究
摘要：随着现在社会的发展人们对交通的要求越来越高了，汽车作为便利的交通工具之一已经走进了千家万户，汽车数量在增长的同时也带来了许多的问题。比如会经常发生一些事故。而汽车翼子板作为汽车表面大型的覆盖件就会经常的发生一些损伤，所以汽车翼子板的钣金喷漆修复工艺非常的重要。对于汽车翼子板的钣金喷漆修复工艺来说主要包含三个部分翼子板、汽车钣金修复工艺和汽车喷漆修复工艺。研究这三个部分需要理论与实践相互结合起来，把平时的实际操作用理论化的形式表现出来。首先研究什么是翼子板，它的材料、结构和作用又分别是什么，再研究 汽车钣金修复技术是什么，它有哪些工具，工具是如何使用的，修复的步骤是什么，在修复时应该注意哪些问题。研究汽车喷漆技术和研究钣金修复技术差不多，都是从使用的工具，修复步骤还有注意事项开始研究的。最后通过分析现状，对汽车翼子板的发展方向还有汽车钣金喷漆修复工艺的前景作出了详细的解析。让人了解到汽车翼子板的钣金喷漆修复工艺的价值。从此以后交通事故频率越高，因此事故车越发了起来。在众多汽车品牌中吉利帝豪车身薄、质量轻对车身维修有着高质量的的需求，所以维修过程中对汽车钣金焊接与设备、汽车钣金手工制作、汽车钣金机械制作、汽车车身损伤修复、车身钣金件的切换与调整对维修人员经验有着一定考验、对维修设备有着一定的要求。

Abstract: with the development of society, people's requirements for transportation are higher and higher. As one of the convenient means of transportation, cars have entered thousands of households. The number of cars is increasing, but it also brings many problems. For example, accidents often happen. As a large covering part of the automobile surface, the automobile fender will often have some damage, so the body and paint repair process of the automobile fender is very important. For the body and paint repair process of automobile fender, it mainly includes three parts: fender, automobile sheet metal repair process and automobile painting repair process. The study of these three parts needs the combination of theory and practice, and shows the usual practical operation in a theoretical form. First of all, what is the fender, what is its material, structure and function, and then what is the automotive sheet metal repair technology, which tools it has, how to use the tools, what are the repair steps, and what problems should be paid attention to when repairing. The research of automobile painting technology is similar to the research of sheet metal repair technology, which starts from the tools used, repair steps and precautions. Finally, through the analysis of the current situation, the development direction of automobile fender and the prospect of automobile body and paint repair technology are analyzed in detail. Let people understand the value of body and paint repair process of automobile fender. Since then, the higher the frequency of traffic accidents, the more accident vehicles. Among many automobile brands, Geely Dihao has thin body and light weight, and has high quality requirements for body maintenance. Therefore, in the process of maintenance, there are certain tests for the experience of maintenance personnel and certain requirements for maintenance equipment 。
