汽车车门钣金工艺设计
摘要：汽车钣金可以说是很有技术含量的，拿它和人进行比较，我们自己感觉长得丑，还要去一些地方小小的整一下容，特别是后天形成的。汽车也是，在出厂的时候外观挺好，但是由于驾驶者或者其他因素造成汽车车门的损伤是在所难免的。车门的受损会严重影响汽车的使用性能和使用寿命。小事故还好，大事故那就不用说了，不整说不定就不能开了。小事故不影响正常行驶，就是外观不好看。钣金可以说是把汽车的外形基本框架弄好。从而让它呈现出当年的美貌。本片说的是汽车车门。汽车车门是汽车的车身结构的重要组成部分，它的好坏直接影响这辆车的好坏。它作为一个循转的部件，必须要有很大的强度和良好的抗振性。车门是安装在汽车侧面的两个铰链上，而这铰链则是用来旋转的，在旋转时带动车门，达到车门开启关闭的作用。为了能承受更大的外力，在其基础上有大量的加强件加持，从而抵抗我们正常的车门开启和关闭等等一系列外力带来的的冲击。汽车车门钣金是给汽车的一次重生的机会，在汽车钣金的加持下能让车子发挥出其因有的实力，如今的21世纪，私家车的普及，使得汽车售后有了极大地发展，无论是何种情况，其目的都是为了使汽车的车身外表更具有艺术性、提高它的商品价值。因此车门出现损伤时应及时的给予钣金修理，使汽车达到良好的使用性能。随着时代的发展，汽车开始走向美观、舒适和安全。汽车钣金也将得到更大的挑战。

Damaged doors will seriously affect the performance and service life of the car. , but it will always be hit and needs a sheet metal technician to reshape it. A minor accident is fine, but a major accident is needless to say. If it is not, it may not be possible to open it. Minor accidents do not affect the normal driving, but the appearance is not good-looking. Sheet metal can be said to fix the basic frame of the car's appearance. So that it presents the beauty of that year. This movie is about the car door. The car door is an important part of the car body structure. Its quality directly affects the quality of the car. As a rotating component, it must have great strength and good vibration resistance. The car door is installed on two hinges on the side of the car, and the hinges are used for rotation to drive the car door to open and close when rotating. In order to be able to withstand greater external forces, there are a large number of reinforcements on its foundation to resist the impact of a series of external forces such as normal door opening and closing. In the 21st century, the popularity of private cars has greatly developed the after-sales of cars. 一、汽车车门
（一）分类
以车门打开方式分类，①平开式车门：这种车门是比较常见，很多家用轿车都采用这种门。②对开式：它像家里面的两扇门一样是从中间往两边开的，其是欧洲的产物。③剪刀式：主要特点是只有一个支点，它像一把闸刀，以一个支点垂直旋转。④蝴蝶式：顾名思义就是在它开门的时候就像是一只蝴蝶，它是向外打开的。⑤侧滑门：它主要是靠三个滑轮固定的，其优点就是节省空间。
