温度对金银花尺蠖成虫蜕皮激素的影响


摘 要:在18℃、22℃、25℃、28℃、33℃,5种不同温度条件下,观察温度对金银花尺蠖成虫蜕皮激素生长发育、存活率及产卵量的影响。掌握粉蚧不同发育阶段的存活率、产卵量与温度的关系,了解温度对金银花尺蠖成虫蜕皮激素种群动态的影响,组建相应温度条件下该虫种群动态变化表。金银花尺蠖成虫蜕皮激素卵、若虫、蛹、世代发育起点温度分别为:8.56℃、9.58℃、11.76℃、10.86℃,有效积温分别为432.25、556.76、785.66、1425.65日度。实验结果表明:金银花尺蠖成虫蜕皮激素雌成虫存活率随温度升高逐渐下降,高温对成虫产卵有一定抑制作用,持续较高温度处理成虫,其产卵量显著降低;在22℃~28℃温度范围内,金银花尺蠖成虫蜕皮激素各虫态的发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,存活率随温度的升高而增大;金银花尺蠖成虫蜕皮激素成虫生长发育的最适温度为25℃~28℃,卵的孵化和发育的最适变温组合是29~23℃,在29~23℃以上的温度波动对卵的发育速率有增速作用,而在29~23℃以下的温度波动对卵的发育速率有减速作用。

Abstract: at 18 C, 22 C, 25 C, 28 C, 33 C, 5 under different temperature conditions, effects of temperature on growth, ecdysone heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga adult survival rate and fecundity. Master the mealybug in different developmental stages of the relationship between survival rate, fecundity and temperature, to understand the effect of temperature on the population dynamics of adult heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga ecdysone, the formation of the corresponding temperature conditions the pest population dynamic change table. Heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga adult eggs, nymphs and pupae, ecdysone generation development starting point temperature was 8.56 C, 9.58 C, 11.76 C and 10.86 C, effective accumulated temperature were 432.25, 556.76, 785.66, 1425.65 degrees. The experimental results show that the adult female adult heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga ecdysone survival rate gradually decreased with the increasing of temperature, the high temperature had certain inhibitory effects on oviposition, sustained high temperature treatment of adults, the fecundity was significantly decreased; at 22 to 28 DEG C temperature range, the development of honeysuckle ruler Huo adults of different stages of the ecdysone period with temperature increased and shortened survival rate increases with the increase of the temperature; the optimum temperature is 25 to 28 DEG C heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga adult adult ecdysone growth, hatching and development of the optimal combination temperature is 29~23 DEG C, accelerate the development rate of temperature fluctuation in 29~23 deg.c for eggs, and in the temperature fluctuation of 29~23 DEG C to the growth rate of eggs is slow.
