糖果自动包装机送料装置的设计
摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展进步，各种食品加工品的出现，对包装技术和包装设备都提出了新的要求，包装机械在流通领域中发挥着越来越大的作用。包装机械竞争日趋激烈，而高度自动化、智能化、多功能、高效率、低消耗的包装设备越来越受到行业的青睐。包装机械有多种分类方法。按功能可分为单功能包装机和多功能包装机；按使用目的可分为内包装机和外包装机；按包装品种又可分为专用包装机和通用包装机；按自动化水平分为半自动机和全自动机等。本次毕业设计要求设计一台糖果包装机，通过许多方案的综合评价、筛选，最后确定了这一台连续式包装机。该机由上料斗、分糖落糖部件、钳糖部件、扭结部件、纸架部件、切纸部件以及动力源—无极变速部件、动力分度箱等几大部件，整个包装过程实现了自动化，与现代化机械相比，本机器实现了高速、连续性，具有较高的生产率、低动力消耗、使用简单、维修方便可靠等优点。

Abstract
With the continuous development and progress of science and technology, the emergence of various food processing products, packaging technology and packaging equipment have put forward new requirements, packaging machinery plays a more and more important role in the field of circulation. Packaging machinery competition is increasingly fierce, and highly automated, intelligent, multi-functional, efficient and low consumption packaging equipment is increasingly favored by the industry. There are many kinds of classification methods for packaging machinery. According to the function, it can be divided into single function packaging machine and multi-function packer. According to the purpose of use, it can be divided into internal packing machine and external packing machine. According to the packaging variety, it can be divided into special packaging machine and general packaging machine; it can be divided into semi automata and automata according to the automation level. This graduation project requires the design of a candy packaging machine. Through the comprehensive evaluation and screening of many schemes, the continuous packer has been finally determined. The machine is composed of top hopper, sugar falling component, sugar cutting part, twisting part, paper frame part, paper cutting unit, paper cutting part and power source - no pole variable speed component and dynamic indexing box. The whole packing process is automated. Compared with modern machinery, this machine has high speed, continuity and high production. Rate, low power consumption, simple operation, convenient and reliable maintenance.
