浅谈无锡大汤源食品有限公司的存货管理
摘要：存货作为企业的一项占有很大比例的资产，直接关系到企业的资金占用水平以及资产的运作效率，是企业管理中不可或缺的一部分。存货管理的好坏也密切关系到整个公司和公司利益的相关者，因此，必须重视对存货的管理。本文以无锡大汤源食品有限公司为例，调查了其存货管理的现状，对其存货管理中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的对策建议。

Discuss on the Inventory Management of
Wuxi Shang Yuan Food Co., Ltd.
Abstract: Inventory is the company's assets which are a very large proportion of the company's assets. It has directly relationship with company's capital takes up level and asset operating efficiency; it is a vital part of company management. The good or bad of inventory management has close relationship with the company and the interests of the company. Therefore, we must attach importance to the inventory management. This paper takes Wuxi Shang Yuan Food Co., Ltd. as an example, investigates the present situation of its inventory management, analyzes the problems in its inventory management and then puts forwards some countermeasures.
