企业存货管理中存在的主要问题及对策
——以上海博丹环境工程技术股份有限公司为例
摘要：存货管理对于企业来讲，是至关重要的，保持企业恰当的存货量，一方面成本最低，一方面又能满足生产销售的需要。存货的管理目标是尽力在存货成本与收益之间做出平衡，达到净收益最大，同时保证正常的生产经营需要。随着现代企业生产经营方式的变革和市场外部条件的变化，“第三方物流”（Third Party Logistics，TPL）这种物流形态开始引起人们重视，而第三方物流能给企业带来集中主业、节省费用、减少资本积压、减少库存、提升企业形象等益处，能产生经济利益和战略利益。如何有效利用第三方物流，提高企业存货管理水平，值得深入研究。本文以上海博丹环境工程技术股份有限公司为例，结合企业生产经营方式的变革和市场外部条件的变化，对存货管理中存在的主要问题进行分析，并提出相对应的措施，以供借鉴。

Abstract: inventory management for enterprises, it is vital, maintain appropriate inventory levels, on the one hand, the lowest cost, on the other hand, it can meet the needs of production and sales. The aim of the inventory management is make a balance between the cost and the benefit, net income reached the maximum, at the same time to ensure the normal production and operation needs. Along with the change of modern enterprise production and operation mode and the change of market external conditions, “Third Party Logistics” this form of logistics has begun to attract people’s attention, and third party logistics can bring the main business, save costs, reduce the backlog of capital, reduce inventory, improve the image of the company and other benefits, can produce economic benefits and strategic interests. How to effectively utilize the third party logistics, improve the level of enterprise inventory management, worth in-depth study, this paper takes Shanghai bodan environmental engineering technology company limited by shares as an example, combining the change of production and operation mode and the change of market external conditions, Analysis on the main problems existing in the inventory management, and puts forward corresponding measures to be used for reference.
