德鹰工具有限公司固定资产管理中的问题及对策
摘要：固定资产是企业管理中一个重要组成部分，是企业得以再生产和持续经营的物质保证，具有价值高、数量大、种类多、使用周期长、管理难度大等特点。但是许多企业并没有对固定资产进行有效管理，造成固定资产闲置多，不能很好的体现其使用价值，和为企业创造更多价值。在此背景下就要求中小企业经营管理者更注重资产管理在企业经营中的重要性，及时分析企业在固定资产管理上的不足并及时弥补，才能使企业有更好更快的发展。本文首先介绍了固定资产管理的内容，然后探讨了德鹰工具有限公司固定资产管理中出现的问题并提出了相应对策。

Problems and countermeasures of fixed assets management in DEYING tool company
Abstract: Fixed assets is an important part of enterprise management, is the enterprise is able to reproduce and continuing operations of the material that has a high value, large quantity and many kinds of, use cycle is long, difficult management, etc. But many companies are not effective management of fixed assets, more than idle fixed assets, cannot well reflect the use value, and create more value for the enterprise. In this context requires that small and medium-sized enterprise operators and managers pay more attention to the importance of asset management in enterprise management, the shortcoming of the enterprise on the fixed assets management in time and make up for in time, can make the enterprise have a better and faster development. This article first introduces the content of the fixed assets management, and then discusses the DEYING tools co., LTD., fixed assets management in the problems and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
