汽车车身钣金工艺流程及矫正修复技术（代写汽车维修论文）
摘要：汽车是一种重要的运输工具。随着汽车保有量的增加,汽车碰撞事故也越来越多。不论事故大小,汽车的碰撞损伤需要修理,使汽车碰撞钣金维修行业有很好的发展前景。汽车钣金是一个汽车修理技术手段,除了防腐和装饰的喷涂工作剩下的车身的所有的工作。如车身损伤分析、车身测量、车身钣金成形、拉伸校正、焊接、压力以及车身配件组装、调整等等。本文主要介绍了汽车钣金的工艺性、钣金作业工具的使用、车身装配细节流程和车身变形修复实例，主要分为五个章节，第一、二、三、四节概括了车身的结构、钣金工具和钣金额度工艺性，第五章节详细的介绍了车身的装配及损伤矫正的实例，对于操作人员在工作过程中具有很大的帮助。

Sheet Metal Process & Correct Repair Technology of Automobile Body
Abstract: the car is an important means of transportation of travel. With the increase in car ownership, car collision accidents are also more and more. Regardless of size of the accident, car collision damage is in need of repair, the repair industry of the automobile collision sheet metal have good prospects for development. The automobile sheet metal is a vehicle repair technical means, in addition to anticorrosion and decoration of the spraying body of work and the rest of all the work. Such as body damage analysis, body measurement, body sheet metal forming, correction stretching, welding, pressure and body parts assembly, adjustment and so on. This thesis mainly introduces the technology of automotive sheet metal, sheet metal working tools, the body An example of repairing assembly processes and the details of the body deformation, mainly divided into five chapters, first, second, and third, four section summarizes the structure of the car body, sheet metal tools and amount of sheet metal process, the fifth chapter detailed introduced correction body assembly and damage examples, for operators in the working process is of great help.
