4S店汽车保养服务与管理分析(代写汽车论文）
摘要：在汽车保养服务行业中，4S店业务多样性及高质量的服务对占有汽车市场的份额有着极为重要作用。本文就汽车4S店保养服务中存在的管理问题进行了探析。首先介绍了A汽车4S店售后服务管理的现状以及存在问题，通过对售后服务管理工作中的各环节进行系统地调查、研究、分析，以及对顾客满意度的调查，分析影响顾客满意度的主要问题所在，了解顾客对售后服务的实际需要和期望。在此基础上提出了合理的改进和创新方案，对提升汽车4S店售后服务管理质量具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract: In the automobile after sale service industry, 4 s shop business diversity and high quality service for auto market share has a very important role. In this paper, the auto 4 s shop and maintenance service management problems that exist in the analysis. Firstly introduces A car 4 s inn after-sales service management present situation and existing problems, based on the service management of each link of the systematic investigation, research, analysis, and the customer satisfaction survey, analysis the main problems affecting the customer satisfaction, understand customer actual needs and expectations of after-sales service. On the basis of this puts forward the reasonable improvement and innovative solutions, for improving the quality of automobile 4 s inn after-sales service management has a certain guiding role.
