无锡民宿旅游发展前景初探
摘要:无锡地处长三角，地理位置优越，随着经济的发展，政府以及商业用地的增加，农民土地减少，征用土地获得了空闲的房产，农民也失去了土地，大多也都在家没有工作，出租房屋的租金过低，无法满足日常生活的需要，加上无锡旅游业发展的成熟，发展民宿旅游让无锡人看到了商机，利用空闲的房屋发展民宿，多余的劳动力也找到了工作岗位。但是民宿作为一个新兴行业，发展还不太成熟，所以面临的问题也很多，如何让民宿旅游健康稳定发展是当下需要解决的问题。通过对无锡民宿旅游发展现状的了解，和无锡民宿旅游暗战的特点，发现无锡民宿旅游面临和出现的问题，争取在短时间内，提出无锡发展民宿旅游的建议，是当下最重重要的问题。

Discuss the development of Bed and Breakfast in Wuxi
Abstract: Wuxi is located in the Yangtze River Delta, the geographical position superior, with the development of economy, government and commercial land increased, farmers' land reduced, expropriation of land is idle real estate, farmers lost their land, mostly also is done not have in the home work, rental housing rent is too low, can not meet the needs of daily life, and development of Wuxi tourism industry matures, the Bed and Breakfast development to Wuxi people saw an opportunity, the use of idle housing pension development, surplus labor force also found jobs. But B & B as an emerging industry, development is not mature, so there are many problems, how to make Bed and Breakfast healthy and stable hair Exhibition is required to solve the problem. Through the understanding of current situation of the development of tourism in Wuxi B & B, and Wuxi tourism panorama found Bed and Breakfast in Wuxi faces and the problems, strive for in a short period of time and puts forward suggestions ofBed and Breakfast development in Wuxi, is now the most important question
