汽车动力转向系的检测与维修
摘要：转向系的好坏与我们的安全出行息息相关，我们把它比作汽车行驶的指南针。 一开始我会从汽车的转向系的结构入手；具体所发挥的功能和作用以及其的原理和分类。在学会动力转器的基础之上，我们就会延伸到我们在使用汽车时会经常遇到的常见故障，并对它们进行分析，常见过账比如：经常出现的转向沉重，方向盘在出行时出现抖动的现象啦等等，当然也会提供一些我们的诊断和修理他们的方法。接着第三部分我也会添加关于轿车动力转向系检测和维修中涉及的一系列操作，比如：轿车是如何检查自由行程的，我们将怎样换掉液压油的，怎样检查液压系统密封性有没有问题是不是进了空气等等。这些操作还有很多，我就不一个一个称述了，这些方法和注意第三部分都有陈述，尤其是最复杂的转向柱这部分又进行细致的分类，有兴趣的可以实践一下。最后一部分会带上两个故障事例以及结论等，让大家体验一下生活中可能遇到的故障，以及尝试灵活的运用前面几部分陈述的诊断方法何秀丽方法。还会附上转向系对于汽车维护和行驶具有重要作用的原因以及我这篇论文所参考的文献出处。

我们为了提高操纵稳定性不断地在发展，为了更好的稳定性这个方面，经过我们不停地研究，逐渐出现了电子稳定程序、主动转向、4轮转向等等一系列关于提高操纵稳定性的动力转向系统，这也让我们将操纵稳定性提高到更高的高度。在汽车行驶过程中，转向系统经常遇到工作条件恶劣，冲击载荷，长期使用等等影响。所以我们为了汽车安全，需要经常检修，维护，及时消除故障隐患。
本篇论文主要对动力转向系的组成原理及故障等内容集中汇总，便于大家阅读和了解，科学的使用和维护汽车的动力转向系统。
