无锡市鑫智金融信息咨询服务有限公司费用管理的问题及对策研究
摘要：管理费用主要是针对企业行政管理部门在日常生产生活中为企业的正常运转而产生的相关费用,研究费用管理对企业来说是经营方面必不可少的环节。管理费用和企业的经济效益是息息相关的,目前对于我国的中小企业来说在管理费用的控制、核算方面做的不到位在制定管理费用的相关标准时存在不合理的因素,使得管理费用一直过得浪费,严重影响了企业经济效益。本文通过对企业管理费用在管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策性建议,帮助企业解决其管理费用中的问题,使该企业自身能顾得到发展。本文采取了文献资料发、比较法、实地考核法等研究方法旨在通过对个别企业的研究得出全局性的结论，给其余公司的实际操作出产生效用和理论指导方法。

Abstract:Management cost is mainly for business administration departments in daily production and life for the enterprise the normal operation of the related expenses arising from the research cost management for enterprises is essential link. Management cost and economic benefit of enterprise is closely linked, for small and medium-sized enterprises of our country at present in the management of cost control, accounting aspects do not reach the designated position, in formulating the management cost of relevant standards unreasonable factors are made have been have a waste management cost, seriously affected the enterprise economic benefit. This article through to the enterprise management cost in the management problems are analyzed, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure proposal, to help enterprises solve the problem of its management fees, can make the enterprise itself from the development.This paper adopted literature, comparative law, the methods of on-the-spot examination method to overall conclusions based on the research of the individual companies, give the rest of the company's actual operation effect and the theory instruction method.
