中小企业信息披露初探
—以江苏禹昊自动化设备有限公司为例
摘要:随着中国的经济环境不断的变化与提升,一部分燃原之火---我国中小企业如今已经逐步占据了经济的大部分市场,由于发展迅速，中小企业的发展却面临着很多困扰:比如无法筹集足够资金、现代化技术与人才的相对匮乏、相对较弱的竞争能力等。其中筹资困难已经影响到中小企业的发展。要解决上述问题,最直接的方法,就是通过专业的会计规范和会计指导,规范会计信息披露。当前关于会计披露方面的专家研究非常丰富，但是主要倾向于上市公司信息披露质量、目的因素、影响因素及监督管理等方面，而关于中小企业的信息披露，特别是小企业的信息披露却研究非常稀少，有待进一步的挖掘。本文根据现有的小企业的信息披露研究现状，分析现在中小企业研究的不完整性，找出其中的问题，并探讨小企业的信息披露是如何影响公司管治效率的。

Abstract：As China's economic environment change and ascension, a part of burnt the fire of the original - small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is now gradually occupied most of the market economy, due to the rapid development, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with many problems, such as unable to raise enough money, the relative lack of modern technology and talents, relatively weak competitiveness, etc. The financing difficulty has affected the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. To solve the above problems, the most direct method, is through professional accounting norms and guidance, standardize the accounting information disclosure. For accounting disclosure in the current research expert is very rich, but the main tendency in the listed company information disclosure quality, objective factors, influencing factors and the supervision and management, etc., and disclosure of information about the small and medium-sized enterprises, especially small business information disclosure is research is very scarce, remains to be further mining. Based on the current research status of information disclosure, small business is now in the research of small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) analysis of integrity, find out the problem, and the study of the information disclosure of small businesses is how to influence the efficiency of corporate governance.

一、绪论
我国在中国特色社会经济发展中，中小企业占据着关键且重要的地位，它不仅是中国特色社会经济中国家的主要税收及其来源，并且创造了大量的科技成果和发掘了大量的社会就业机会，是推动经济建设发展，促进社会环境和谐稳定的关键因素。虽然中小企业在我国特色经济发展和社会生活中占有非常重要的地位，但由于其发展速度迅速，运营经验相对缺乏，并且我们国家在制定会计法则和规范里面很少有顾及到中小企业与大企业之间的差别等因素。通过对所阅相关文献的理论观点以及对实习单位江苏禹昊自动化设备有限公司内部情况了解分析，现就中小企业内部会计信息披露存在的问题、以及就如何完善内部会计控制的对策进行探讨。
