福州市土地利用与NDVI变化的关联分析
摘 要
2008年美国次贷危机波及中国，以出口低附加值工业制成品为重要推动力的中国经济遭受重创同时，也令我们意识到转变经济发展方式、调整产业结构NDVI、产业升级的重要性。本文以福州市为研究对象，以1996-2007福州市经济数据以及土地结构NDVI数据为样本资料，首先分析了福州市产业结构NDVI的变化及福州市土地利用结构NDVI的变化，然后使用灰色关联分析方法，分析了福州市各产业产值及其占全市GDP的比例与耕地、园地、林地、牧草地、其他农用地、居民点及工矿用地、交通用地、水利设施用地、未利用土地、其他土地的相关关系，结合福州市“十二五规划” 中关于产业升级转型的内容以及《福州市土地利用总体规划（1997-2010年）》，得出结论及建议。
福州市现阶段可以通过增加园地、交通用地、居民点及工矿用地、其他农用地的供给，减少未利用地，来促进产业调整。同时需要做好保护耕地的工作、在建设占用耕地时严格执行“占一补一”耕地保护政策，并减少交通用地对农用地的侵占。

Abstract
In 2008 the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis spread to China, Chinese economy which was driven by exporting low value-added manufactured goods, has suffered heavy losses. This also makes us aware of the importance of transformation of economic development, adjusting the industrial structure, and industrial upgrading. In this paper, we take Fuzhou as the research object, use the economic data and land structure data from1996 to 2007 as the sample data, first analyzes the changes in the industrial structure of Fuzhou and the the changes in the land-use structure of Fuzhou, and then use the gray related analysis to analyze the relation between city's total industrial output value, its proportion of GDP, and cultivated land, garden plot, woodland, grassland, other agricultural land, residential and industrial land, traffic land, water conservancy facilities land, unused land, other land. Base the analyze on "the second Five-Year Plan" and "land-use planning of Fuzhou (1997-2010)", and draw some conclusions and recommendations.
Fuzhou, at this stage can increase the garden, traffic land, residential and industrial land, the supply of other agricultural land, reduce unused land, to promote industrial restructuring. Also need to do the work of protecting cultivated land, farmland in the building when the strict implementation of "total compensation" farmland protection policy, and to reduce traffic land’s encroachment on agricultural land.
