江苏省百岁园公司配送环节分析
摘要：健康产业是一有巨大市场潜力的新兴企业。随着社会发展和人们生活水平的普遍提高，以及人类生活方式的改变，健康产品的需求量急剧增加。以生物技术和生命科学为先导，涵盖医疗卫生、营养保健、健身休闲等健康服务功能的健康产业成为21世纪引导全球经济发展和社会进步的重要产业。在发达国家，健康产业已经成为带动整个国民经济增长的强大动力，健康行业增加值占GDP比重超过15%，而在我国，健康产业仅占中国国民生产总值的4%～5%，低于许多发展中国家。健康企业是我国国民经济发展的体现,运作模式是第三方物流企业为实现物流服务定位而建立的一整套运作体系。适合的运作模式对于第三方物流企业获得稳定的客户群体,在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展有着重要的意义。如何有效地在供应链中使用正确的配送模式降低物流成本，众多企业纷纷寻求适合自身的物流配送。文章通过对百岁园物流的分析，指出了其在配送中的优势和缺陷，从而得到百岁园物流对企业在物流运作模式选择方面的启示。

Abstract: health industry is emerging enterprises have huge market potential. With the social development and the improvement of people's living standard, and change the human way of life, demand for health products increased sharply. In biotechnology and life science as the guide, the health industry covering health, nutrition and health, fitness and leisure and health services has become an important industry in twenty-first Century to guide the global economic development and social progress. In developed countries, health industry has become a powerful driving force of the economic growth driven, health industry added value proportion of GDP accounted for more than 15%, and in our country, health industry accounted for only 4% of gross domestic product (GDP) to 5 percent, lower than that of many developing countries. The health enterprise is reflected in the development of our national economy, the mode of operation is a set of operational system of the third party logistics enterprises to realize the logistics service and the establishment of the position. Suitable mode of operation for the third party logistics enterprises to obtain a stable customer base, in the fierce market competition in the survival and development has important significance. How to effectively reduce the logistics cost in the supply chain using the correct distribution mode, many enterprises have to seek for their own logistics distribution. Based on the analysis of the century old park logistics, this paper points out its advantages and defects in the distribution, so as to get inspiration from the hundred years old park logistics to the choice of logistics operation mode
