高校财务绩效评价系统
摘要：高校绩效评价机制不健全，导致对高校资金使用效益缺乏考核和监控，建立绩效评价体系势在必行。随着高等教育改革的不断深入，高校为了自身的可持续性发展，保持良好的财务状况，有必要建立科学的财务绩效评价体系，及时准确地反应财务信息，反馈学校的发展潜力。
本评价系统具有如下功能：经济指标数据、效率指标和效益指标信息的维护。本系统以Microsoft Visual Studio 2010为开发工具，后台数据库选择SQL server 2008。

Financial performance evaluation system in Colleges and Universities
Abstract: University performance evaluation mechanism is not perfect, resulting in the lack of evaluation and monitoring of the efficiency of the use of funds in Colleges and universities, the establishment of performance evaluation system is imperative. With the deepening of the reform of higher education, colleges and universities for their sustainable development, maintain good financial situation, it is necessary to establish a scientific performance evaluation system of financial, timely and accurate financial information and feedback the development potential of the school.
The evaluation system has the following functions: the maintenance of economic index data, the efficiency and the benefit index information. This system with Visual Studio Microsoft 2010 as the development tool, the backstage database chooses server SQL 2005.
