摘要
通过对石家庄市利水科技公司办公楼设计，运用我们所学的专业知识来指导将来的民用及工业建筑物的设计，施工，管理等各个环节。毕业设计的实质目的就是让我们深入了解了工程建设设计与施工的过程，对一般框架类型的房屋有更深刻的认识，以自己的课题出发，学会应用知识于现代建筑的具体实践之中，从设计之中来提升自己的能力，获取间接经验。
随着时代的发展和科技的进步，人们的生活水平也在不断提升。而建筑是社会和科技发展所需要的“衣、食、住、行”的之首。它在任何一个国家的国民经济中都占有举足轻重的地位. 作为土木工程专业的一名本科毕业生，应该能从事土木工程的设计施工与管理工作。因此，我们有必要也必须进行一次综合性的毕业设计。
通过综合运用所学的理论知识和技能，解决办公楼的建筑设计，结构和施工组织设计方面的实际问题，为今后独立从事土建设计和施工打下基础。因此，本次毕业设计的选题为“石家庄市利水科技公司办公楼”，采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。

Abstract
Through the design of the office building of Shijiazhuang water technology company, we use the professional knowledge to guide the future design, construction, management and other aspects of civil and industrial buildings. Graduation design, the substance of the purpose is to let our in-depth understanding of the process of engineering design and construction, on the general frame type houses have more profound understanding, based on their subject, learn how to use the knowledge in the practice of modern architecture, from design to their ability to rise, gain indirect experience.

As an undergraduate of civil engineering, it should be able to be engaged in the design and construction and management of civil engineering. Therefore, it is necessary for us to have a comprehensive graduation design.
