公路工程项目管理现状与未来分析
摘 要
当前我国国民经济保持了持续、快速、健康发展的强劲势头，呈现出大规模建设基础设施的特点。在水利水电、铁路交通、公路交通和城市轨道交通等领域每年都有大量的工程项目开工建设，这些工程项目规模大、投资多、工期紧，建成后对我国经济和社会发展的效益非常显著，因此确保工程质量是工程建设的重中之重。
本文基于学习期间的有关工程建设管理的知识，结合参与公路改建工程实践的体会，对以下内容进行了研究：虽然公路工程项目管理作为重要的基础理论在建设工程中运用，但是现在建设工程在公路工程项目管理中还存在着许多问题，尤其是公路工程项目管理问题，这些问题的存在严重困扰着建设工程的发展。本研究旨在以龙永公路改建工程施工为例对公路工程项目管理理论在建设项目中的应用现状及存在问题进行探讨，并加以分析。本文首先主要介绍了本研究的背景、意义和所用的研究方法进行了说明，并对本研究所探讨问题的理论背景、理论的未来分析进行了展望。其次，在第二、三部分分别从公路工程项目管理的基本原理、公路工程项目管理的工具与方法结合公路公路工程项目管理特性进行阐述，第四部分结合龙永公路改建工程公路工程项目管理实例进行探讨。同时工程建设管理是一项系统工程，进行公路工程项目管理时要综合考虑其它的专项管理进行系统管理，特别是对质量、工期和成本三大目标进行集成管理。随着建筑市场体制改革的深入，法律、法规也逐步得到完善，但是仅依靠法律、法规和管理体系的应用并不能从根本上解决工程建设中存在的质量问题，影响工程质量的因素中，人是关键因素。因此要加强企业文化的建设，创建实现自我价值的和谐工作环境，加强人员管理，增强人员的质量意识，从人员主观意识上着手来保证工程质量，这是解决工程质量问题的出路，也是建设工程公路工程项目管理的未来分析。
最后，对本文的研究内容进行了总结，并对我国的工程建设公路工程项目管理进行了展望。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays，the national economy of china has maintained a sustained ,rapid and healthy development with the strong momentum，it has showed the characteristics of massive infrastructure construction．Every year, plenty of project will be constructed in the field of hydro power project、railway transit、highway traffic and city metro，and these projects have the character such as：big in size，lots of cost, limited time and prominent function to the economy guarantee the quality of the project in the process of the project being constructed．
The thesis，based on the knowledge of the project management that Was learned during Tian Jin university undergraduate course paragraph．And the real experience of the LongYong highway rebuilding project, has some studies to the contents as follows：
Project management as an important basis for the use of theory in the construction project，But now construction in project management, there are still many problems, particularly in project quality management problems that plagued the existence of a serious construction project development. This study aims to LongYong highway rebuilding project as an example of construction project quality management theory in the construction projects in the application status and existing problems are discussed and analyzed. This article first introduces the background of this study, significance and research methods used are described and this research institute to investigate the problem of the theoretical background, theoretical development direction was discussed. Secondly, in the second and third part, from the project quality management, the basic principle of quality management tools and method and combining with the highway quality management characteristics is expounded, the fourth part combining LongYong highway rebuilding project quality management examples were discussed. Project management is a systematic project, conduct quality management needs to incorporate other special management department Tasseled management, especially for quality, schedule and cost three objectives for integrated management.
