                    硬齿面齿轮的热处理工艺
摘要:齿轮质量的优劣直接关系到整个设备的使用寿命,然而齿轮质量的好坏在很大程度上取决于齿轮材料及其热处理工艺。本文通过对齿轮的应用、工作环境及失效形式分析,提出了对硬齿面齿轮的性能要求,并分析硬齿面齿轮的性能,来确定最终选择的材料,设计出硬齿面齿轮的热处理工艺方案。最终制造出符合各方面要求的硬齿面齿轮。

The heat treatment process of hard tooth surface gear
Abstracts:Gear quality fit and unfit quality directly related to the service life of the equipment, but the gear quality depends largely on gear materials and heat treatment process. This article through to the application, working conditions and failure forms of gear analysis, puts forward the requirements for the performance of hard tooth surface gear, and analyze the performance of hard tooth surface gear, to determine the final selection of material, design the heat treatment process scheme of the hard tooth face gear. Eventually produced conform to the requirements of the various aspects of hard tooth surface gear.
