往复式清洗机电气控制系统设计
摘要：介绍了PLC在清洗机控制系统里的应用，讲述了这个系统的控制要求、清洗机工艺过程控制系统的软件、硬件设计及工作原理。[ 李文华;陈永超; - 《煤矿机械》- 2010]随着计算机、微处理器和数字通信技术的飞速发展，计算机控制一直延伸到各个领域。PLC的应用面广、功能强大、使用便捷，已经成为当代工业自动化的主要控制设备之一。PLC选用三菱公司生产的FX2系列可编程序控制器，采用梯形图编程语言，实现了清洗机的传动和控制要求，满足了高效、成本低和环保的要求。

The design of electrical control system for reciprocating washing machine
Abstract： The application of PLC in the controlling system of cleaning machine, the requirements of the system are described. The software composition and the hardware design of the control system are also presented.With the rapid development of the computer, microprocessor and digital communication technology, computer control has been extended to all areas of control. Application of PLC surface is broad, powerful,easy to use, has become one of the major contemporary industrial automation control equipment.The controller is Mitsubishi FX2 series PLC and the program is ladder program. Meet the demand of the efficiency, the cost and the protect of environment.
