DSG自动变速器的工作原理与检修
摘要:汽车的节能环保越来越受到人们的重视,随着汽车工业的高速发展及汽车新技术的不断进步,许多汽车公司在变速箱技术领域不断研发创新,综合性能强劲的双离合变速箱问世,DSG变速箱就是其中一项技术创新的成果。双离合变速器综合其优点,成为变速器发展史的又一个里程碑。本文浅谈了DSG变速箱的发展,讲述了它的结构原理,介绍了其构成,分析了一些常见故障并对故障产生的原因进行深入研究。最后结合大众的一些车系经常出现的故障进行详细的分析,增加了对汽车新技术的了解,丰富了专业知识,为今后的工作打下了良好的基础。

DSG working principle of automatic transmission and maintenance
Abstract: the energy conservation and environmental protection of the car more and more get people's attention, with the rapid development of auto industry and the progress of the new technology, many car companies in the field of transmission technology research and development innovation, the comprehensive performance of strong, dual-clutch gearbox DSG gearbox is one of the achievements of technology innovation. Dual-clutch transmission integrated its advantages, become another milestone of the development of transmission. This paper illustrated the development of the DSG gearbox, tells the story of the structure and principles of it and introduces its composition, analyzes some common faults and to deeply research the causes of failure. Finally combining the public often some cars fault detailed analysis to increase the understanding of the new technology of automobile, rich professional knowledge, for future work laid a good foundation.

第一章 DSG变速器的结构原理分析
1.1 DSG变速箱的基本组成与分类
DSG（Direct Shift Gearbox），中文表面意思为“直接换挡变速器”，也称为S-Tronic变速器或者双离合变速器。DSG变速器是大众对自己买断的双离合技术的专有称谓。DSG有别于一般的半自动变速箱系统，它是基于手动变速箱而不是自动变速箱，因此，它也是AMT（机械式自动变速器）的一员。
DSG基本由几个大项组成：两个基本3轴的6前速机械波箱、一个内含两套多瓣式离合片的电子液压离合器机构、一套波箱ECU。不同于普通的双轴波箱，或者单输入轴系统，DSG波箱除了具有双离合器外，更具备同轴的双输入轴系统，而且将6个前进档分别置于两边各自的从动轴上。(主要由双离合器,空心轴和其内部的芯轴,两个平行的分变速器,控制器和油泵组成。其中双离合器,空心轴以及芯轴和分变速器为核心机械部分。
