吉林省人口规模与结构变动趋势分析
摘 要
人口生育政策是影响国家或地区人口转变最重要的因素之一,具有很强的滞后性。从新中国成立至今,我国的人口生育政策随国情改变,这对当前的人口年龄结构产生了重大影响。吉林省1949年至2015年的出生率、死亡率以及自然增长率说明,吉林省实施人口生育政策的执行力度强,政策效果显著,但也导致当前本省人口年龄结构问题更为突出。吉林省人口年龄结构变动对区域经济的影响,能够深刻反映吉林省人口年龄结构对区域经济发展的重要性。同时,在新人口生育政策出台后,探究吉林省如何更好地利用这一政策,促进经济稳定增长,实现经济可持续发展,具有非常重要的意义。在已有研究的基础上,本文运用了数量经济学、地理经济学、区域经济学等多学科理论,探讨了经济单元之间的空间效应,以空间分析法和空间计量理论方法作为主要研究方法。本篇论文就吉林省人口状况对吉林省人口年龄结构变化的趋势进行研究分析。主要根据1978年—2010年吉林省人口的出生率、死亡率、自然增长率以及新增人口数和总人口的发展变化的相关数据，分析吉林省人口年龄结构变化发展情况和趋势，并总结以前、现在及预测未来的人口问题，解析人口年龄结构变化趋势。从而为社会发展寻找一种有利于社会、经济持续发展和进步的人口发展途径提供科学的依据，为未来吉林省乃至中国的人口工作提供一种新的思路，为制定出更加合理、高效的人口政策提供有价值的参考，促进吉林省和谐社会的建设与发展。

Trend of Population Age Structure in JiLin Province
Population fertility policy is one of the most important factors affecting the population transformation of a country or region, and has a strong lag. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, China's population and fertility policy has changed with the national conditions, which has had a significant impact on the current age structure of the population. The birth rate, mortality rate and natural growth rate of Jilin Province from 1949 to 2015 show that the implementation of population fertility policy in Jilin Province is strong and the effect of the policy is remarkable, but it also leads to the problem of population age structure in Jilin Province more prominent. The impact of population age structure change on regional economy in Jilin Province can deeply reflect the importance of population age structure to regional economic development in Jilin Province. At the same time, after the introduction of the new population and fertility policy, it is of great significance to explore how Jilin Province can make better use of this policy to promote stable economic growth and achieve sustainable economic development. On the basis of the existing research, this paper uses the multidisciplinary theories of quantitative economics, geoeconomics, regional economics and so on to discuss the spatial effects among economic units, and takes spatial analysis method and spatial econometric theory as the main research methods. This paper studies and analyses the changing trend of population age structure in Jilin Province on the basis of population situation in Jilin Province. Based on the data of birth rate, mortality rate, natural growth rate, the number of new population and the development and change of total population in Jilin Province from 1978 to 2010, this paper analyses the development situation and trend of population age structure in Jilin Province, summarizes the population problems before, now and in the future, and analyses the changing trend of population age structure. So as to provide a scientific basis for social development to find a way of population development conducive to the sustainable development and progress of society and economy, provide a new way of thinking for the future population work of Jilin Province and even China, provide valuable reference for formulating a more reasonable and efficient population policy, and promote the construction and development of a harmonious society in Jilin Province.
