中国与东南亚国家橡胶贸易存在问题及对策研究
摘要
在国际经济发展的过程中，世界各国无论从政治、经济、文化等方面的联系与交流日益紧密。全球经济一体化是历史所趋，经济全球化进程进一步使跨国公司在世界全球化的作用与日俱增。东南亚国家利用外资，借助于经济全球化快速发展，在资本积累、橡胶贸易、完善基础设施建设、推动就业等方面起到了积极的作用。然而，在高收益的同时往往伴随着高风险的存在，在不景气的七十年代，东南亚国家依靠早期工业发展中采取相应措施以及国际环境才能持续发展，但是到了八十年代初，由于世界经济衰退，东南亚国家经济受到严重冲击。因此通过对东南亚经济现状进行多因素分析，比较多年的发展状况，从而制订有效的发展策略尤为重要。
尽管中国与东南亚各国的天然橡胶贸易多年来一直保持着稳定的发展，但是间的 天然橡胶贸易仍然存在着一些问题，这些问题制约着贸易的进一步发展。泰 中应加强天然橡胶的双边贸易，促进双方在天然橡胶产品贸易上的更为有效 的合作。本文从介绍和分析中国与东南亚各国天然橡胶贸易现状开始，明确中国与东南亚各国天然橡胶 产业发展趋势。同时也分析了中国与泰国天然橡胶生产、消费、进出口情况及其 发展趋势。并进一步分析了中国与东南亚各国的天然橡胶贸易存在的问题及原因。最后提 出了中国与东南亚各国天然橡胶贸易发展前景及相应结论。

Abstract

In the process of international economic development, the world is increasingly closely related to the communication and exchange in the aspects of politics, economy, culture and so on. Global economic integration is the trend of history, the process of economic globalization has further made the Multi-National Corporation in the world of globalization. Southeast Asian countries use foreign capital, with the aid of the rapid development of economic globalization, in the capital accumulation, foreign trade, improve the infrastructure construction, promote employment and other aspects have played a positive role. However, at the same time, with the high risk of the existence of high risk, in the recession of seventy years, Southeast Asian countries rely on early industrial development to take appropriate measures and the international environment can continue to develop, but to the early eighty's, due to the world economic recession, East Asian countries have been severely affected by the economic downturn. So it is very important to develop an effective strategy for the development of the economic situation in South East Asia.□
Although Thai-Stno natural rubber trade have maintained the stable development over the years , but there still exists some problems in the natural rubber trade between the two countries , that constrains the further development of Thai Sino bilateral trade. Thailand and China should strengthen the bilateral trade of natural rubber; promote more effective cooperation in bilateral trade of natural rubber products. This article starts from the introduction and analyzation of the current status of Thai-Sino trade of natural rubber, explicit development trend of natural rubber industry of Thailand and China. At the same time it also analyzes the production, consumption, situation of imports and exports and its development trends of natural rubber between China and Thailand. And further analyzes the existing problems and its causes of natural rubber trade between China and Thailand. Finally, forwards a Thai-Sino natural rubber trade development prospects and the corresponding conclusions.
