企业IT采纳对组织冗余的影响研究
摘要:关于组织冗余和企业绩效关系的研究大多仅仅将目光锁定在组织冗余和企业绩效二者本身,忽略了其他因素对二者关系的影响,特别是企业外部的环境因素。由于每个企业都是嵌入在特定的外部环境中,不同的环境,会对企业获取、利用资源的方式以及资源本身的价值产生不同的影响,加之组织冗余也是一种特殊的资源,所以企业外部环境势必会对组织冗余和企业绩效的关系产生深刻的影响。在经济全球化和知识经济时代,IT的出现被视为一次新的生产革命的开始,IT已经成为企业的战略工具,是企业生存和发展的基础。随着竞争的加剧和IT的迅猛发展,各个企业在IT上的投资也越来越多。但IT投资只有形成了企业IT采纳,才能为企业带来显著的经济效益,IT采纳是IT投资与绩效关系的中间变量。本文分析了企业IT采纳的内涵和特征,将IT采纳划分为IT运营采纳和IT动态采纳两大基本构成,并详细阐述各自的组成要素,在此基础上讨论了企业构建IT采纳的基本途径。最后,本文分析了企业IT采纳的作用机理, 并提出了企业IT采纳作用机理的模型框架。
本文将企业外部环境引入研究框架,并将其分为环境包容性和动态性两个维度,分别探讨这两个维度对组织冗余和企业绩效的关系的影响。在进行了细致的文献梳理之后本文提出了研究假设和模型,并且将以往对组织冗余的度量指标进行了调整,建立了一套新的指标体系,再用313家上市公司的财务数据进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:第一,组织冗余对企业绩效同时起着促进和抑制的作用,因而二者呈倒U型关系:第二,环境包容性对组织冗余和绩效的促进和抑制作用同时起着负向调节作用,使二者的倒U型关系曲线趋于平坦;第三,环境动态性对组织冗余和企业绩效的促进和抑制作用同时起着正向调节作用,使二者的倒U型关系曲线趋于陡峭。在我国口前经济形势和市场条件颇为多变和复杂的情况下,对于企业内部的冗余资源,不仅要全面衡量其对企业积极和消极的作用,更要根据企业所处的外部环境的特点,合理调整企业内部的冗余资源水平,使组织冗余对企业能够发挥最大的正向作用。本文基于组织行为学理论,将家具企业IT采纳分为三个层面:个体、群体和组织。分析了三个层面影响因素共同作用下对不同类型的组织冗余产生作用的机理。

Research on the impact of IT adoption on organizational redundancy
Abstract: the research on the relationship between organizational slack and firm performance are just focus on organizational slack and corporate performance two itself, ignoring the influence of other factors on the relationship between the two, especially the environmental factors outside the enterprises. Because each enterprise is embedded in the specific external environment, different environments have different effects on enterprise acquisition, utilization of resources and the value of the resource itself, and organizational slack is also a kind of special resource, so the enterprise external environment is bound to have a profound impact on the relationship between organizational slack and corporate performance. In the era of economic globalization and knowledge economy, the emergence of IT is regarded as the beginning of a new production revolution. IT has become a strategic tool for enterprises, and is the basis for the survival and development of enterprises. With the increasing competition and the rapid development of IT, more and more enterprises invest in IT. However, IT investment only forms the adoption of enterprise IT, in order to bring significant economic benefits for enterprises, IT adoption is the intermediate variable between IT investment and performance. This paper analyses the connotation and characteristics of enterprise IT adoption, the adoption of IT is divided into IT and IT operation adopted dynamic adoption two basic structure, and detailed elements of their own, on the basis of discussing the basic approach adopted by IT construction enterprise. Finally, this paper analyzes the action mechanism of IT adoption, and puts forward the framework of IT adoption mechanism.
In this paper, the external environment of enterprises is introduced into the research framework, which is divided into two dimensions: Environmental inclusion and dynamic, and the effects of these two dimensions on the relationship between organizational redundancy and firm performance are discussed. After a detailed literature review this paper puts forward the research hypotheses and models, and the metrics were adjusted, establishes a new index system, then the financial data of 313 listed companies through empirical analysis. The results show that: first, organizational slack on enterprise performance also plays a role in promoting and inhibiting, thus the two inverted U type: second, inclusive of environmental inhibition also plays a negative role in promoting and organizational slack and performance, the two inverted U relationship curve flattened; third, the dynamic environment on organizational slack and firm performance promotion and inhibition also plays a positive regulatory role, the inverted U curve of the two becomes steeper. In China's export economic situation and market conditions are varied and complex, the redundant resources within the enterprise, not only to the full measure of the positive and negative role of enterprises, more enterprises according to the characteristics of the external environment, adjust the redundancy level of resources within the enterprise, the organization of redundancy the enterprise can play a positive role in the largest. Based on the theory of organizational behavior, this paper divides the adoption of IT into three levels: individual, group and organization. This paper analyzes the mechanism of the effect of three factors on the different types of organizational redundancy.
