车辆乘务员工作分析及作业
摘 要
行车安全是铁路事业发展的永恒主题,而机车乘务员标准化作业是机务行车安全的重要保证,安全在于现场作业中是否按照标准执行和具备防范事故发生的能力.而在实际作业中,机车乘务员的标准化作业主要包括两方面,一是呼唤应答的标准化,二是一次乘务作业标准化.加强机车乘务员标准化作业的管理,是保证机务行车安全最有效、最直接的控制手段.与此同时,积极创建标准化的作业氛围以及作业环境也是有必要的,加强对日常作业程序的监督检查,做到及时发现问题并在第一时间能够解决,实时做到防患于未然,从而将机车乘务标准化作业更全面、更深入地落实到工作中去,以此来促进机车乘务员管理规范化、作业用语文明化、着装统一化,推进机车乘务工作标准化建设更好更快地发展.本文从简明、实用的角度出发，采用理论和实际相结合的方式介绍了集中供电空调列车乘务员一次作业过程。分析了作业过程中经常容易出现的故障及处理方法；介绍了电控制动机及组成部分；用实例来分析过程中的每一次出乘前，中，后的细节；最后介绍介绍了一些安全注意事项和我对集中供电空调列车发展前景的展望，本文以简洁通俗的语言描述理论要点；每一理论要点都详细说明，能有效帮助机车工作者了解和掌握集中供电空调列车乘务员一次工作的全过程。

Abstract
Train operation safety is an eternal theme in the development of railway industry, and the standardized operation of locomotive crew is an important guarantee for locomotive operation safety. Safety lies in whether the standard is carried out in site operation and has the ability to prevent accidents. In actual operation, the standardized operation of locomotive crew mainly includes two aspects: one is the standardization of call response, At the same time, it is necessary to actively create a standardized working atmosphere and working environment. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and inspection of daily operation procedures, so as to find problems in time and solve them in the first time, In this way, the standardized operation of locomotive crew members can be more comprehensively and deeply implemented in the work, so as to promote the standardization of locomotive crew management, the use of language and the unification of dress, To promote the standardization construction of locomotive crew work to develop better and faster. This paper, from a concise and practical point of view, introduces the one-time operation process of air-conditioned train crew with centralized power supply by combining theory with practice. This paper analyzes the common faults and treatment methods in the operation process; introduces the electric control motivation and its components; analyzes the details before, during and after each departure with examples; finally introduces some safety precautions and my prospect for the development of centralized power supply air-conditioning train. This paper describes the theoretical points and each theory in simple and popular language The key points are described in detail, which can effectively help locomotive workers to understand and master the whole process of centralized power supply air conditioning train attendants.

我国的交通事业也在蓬勃的发展， 交通事业的发展， 给人们的出行和经济的增长带来了极大地方便。但是在快速发展的情形下， 还有着各种各样的安全隐患。安全是人们最担心的问题， 好的乘务员可以给人们安全感， 感觉非常的靠谱。影响乘务员作业能力的因素有许多[1]， 我们主要从心理、 生理、 环境等方面谈一下对乘务员作业能力的影响以及乘务员作业能力代表的意义。
